U.S. House of Representatives, Rayburn Building, Room 2042 | Complimentary Lunch Provided
Join us for a timely Congressional Lunch and Learn focused on the critical role of FirstNet and advanced communications technology in public safety. Hosted by the Public Safety Broadband Technology Association (PSBTA) in conjunction with the National Sheriffs’ Association 2026 Annual Winter Conference, this session will feature a panel of three sitting Sheriffs discussing how secure, interoperable communications directly support county operations, emergency response, and community safety. The discussion will explore interoperability, emerging technologies, facial recognition, and artificial intelligence, followed by an interactive Q&A with congressional staff. The event is offered at no cost, and lunch will be provided. The Lunch and Learn will be held February 3, 2026, from 12:00–1:00 P.M. at the U.S. House of Representatives, Rayburn Building, Room 2042, and provides a unique opportunity to hear directly from law enforcement leaders on the future of public safety communications across America.
