911 Program Manager for Iowa Homeland Security and Emergency Management since 2015.
Position is in charge of the administrative functions of the 911 program in Iowa, coordinating and
assisting with local 911 service boards, managing the wireless 911 network in Iowa, and
overseeing the 911 emergency communications surcharge. Beginning in 2019, I added
legislative liaison to my responsibilities.
From 2008-2015, held the position of Volunteer and Donations Coordinator along with Duty
Officer and Operations Officer. Spent 11 years in the Iowa National Guard as an MP, reaching
the rank of Captain. Veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom, serving in 2008 in Baghdad. Served on
PSAC 2018-2025
