Frank Minice has extensive experience in executive leadership and information technology
within the justice and public safety sector. Serving as the Executive Director and CEO of Nlets –
The International Justice and Public Safety Network since April 1988, Frank Minice has held
various roles including Deputy Executive Director, Chief Information Technology Officer, Director
of Operations, and Network Operations Supervisor. Additionally, Frank Minice has a background
in off-road racing and rock crawling, founding the Arizona Undertakers 4×4 club and competing
in events organized by Ultra 4, Dirt Riot, AZORP, SCORE, and NORRA from 2000 to October
2021. Frank Minice also served as President of IFERNET – The International Fire and
