As founder and CEO of NetAesthetics, Mr. Scarlett leads an IT development and consulting firm that delivers mission-critical network solutions to federal government agencies and private sector clients. Under his leadership, the company has established itself as a trusted partner in developing secure, resilient solutions for high-stakes environments.

Before founding NetAesthetics, Mr. Scarlett held key technical positions at major telecommunications organizations. At Verizon and AT&T, he served as a Network Architect, designing and implementing mission-critical communications systems and spearheading the integration of emerging technologies. At Accenture, he managed complex infrastructure projects for Fortune 500 companies, developing expertise in large-scale system integration. Served on FirstNet since 2025.
